Profile Gallery
The
personal profile gallery is a public gallery that is
accessible only by visiting your profile. Once on your
profile, users can click on a link below your Profile
Picture, and be able to access other photos of you that
you have uploaded.

Your personal profile gallery should only hold
photos of yourself
- Personal Profile photos are viewable to all
members
- Photos placed in this gallery are usually just
to help friends and other members
recognize you and remember who you are
- Photos placed in this gallery can not be rated
or commented on
- Photos here do have permissions to be made
entirely hidden from all other users
except yourself, if you're wanting to
store a photo just for private viewing |

Member
Photo Collections are composed of "albums"
that are created by users and can be filled with photos
of past events, friends, artwork, or any sort of
graphical content.

Member collections can be made private or public
- A private album means it is not listed publicly,
but can be shared with friends,
family, and non-members by sharing your
private URL
- Collections can be organized into folders
- You are allowed to upload photos of anything
you wish in a collection as long
as the photos follow the site guidelines
- You can create as many sub-albums as you wish
- Photos in this system can have commenting and
rating enabled |

Club

Club
Photo Collections are "albums" that are
created by MacInsiders Staff for MSU Clubs and can be
filled with photos and/or video of past events,
meetings, members, or exec staff group photos.

Club collections can be made private or public
- A private album means it is not listed publicly,
but can be shared with club
members by sharing a private URL
- Collections can be organized into folders by a
club leader/exec member
- Exec are allowed to upload photos or video of
anything they wish
as long site guidelines are followed
- As many sub-albums can be created as required
- Content in this system can have commenting and
rating enabled |
