One Year is Not Enough.
We are running for re-election to the Student Representative Assembly.
For those of you were around last year, you may remember that we ran, separately, last year on platforms of dedication and enthusiasm, and to bring a political voice to Humanities students. This year we are running on those same points of enthusiasm and dedication, but this time we are backed with a years worth of experience and learning. With a year on the SRA behind us and countless lessons learned, we have worked to bring a voice to Humanities Students and though it has not always been a fun, quick or simple experience it has been rewarding. Things are being accomplished slowly, and because of this many of the projects that were started this year have a long way to go. One year is not enough. So we ask that you give us the chance to finish what we started and make this coming year one to remember.
Vote for Experience, Vote BAUMAN, FINKLE & SMYTH
Together, we have worked to accomplish a substantial amount over the last year, and we need at least one more year to finish many of our projects that will benefit you, the students. Reform of the MHS Constitution and Get Cultured: McMaster are only two of these projects.
If elected we will not require time to transition, instead we can continue our work for students with no interruptions. We have an existing relationship with the Associate Dean of Humanities and the university administration that we will use to ensure your voice is heard. Also, all three of us live in the Hamilton area and will be working throughout the summer to complete our goals.
