Computer Science Society
Hey Everyone!

Do you have a general interest in computer science?
Are you first year in the Computer Science program?

My name is Justin, and I'm the vice president of the McMaster Computer Science Society.
We've been officially ratified as of June and have been hard at work preparing for activities and methods to further educate computer science students, as well as a safe haven to network and meet new friends.

So, do you program as a hobby? Or are you in Computer Science?
Doesn't matter, you're welcome to join our club!

With many activities such as exclusive access to formals, tutoring, and study sessions (possibly with professors there), all we will be charging is an annual fee of $5.

So, what are you waiting for?

Also, if there are any first years with questions, you can post them here, or in the forums on the mcmastercss website. And if you haven't heard, there's also an orientation for first years in computer science hosted by the club that's open to everyone.

Its somewhat unfortunate that computer science is so overlooked and scattered, but hopefully that'll change this year.
