Course Change?
Alright so i was a little pressed for time as we only have 45 minutes to be logged onto SOLAR.
I chose Media as my final class although i am thinking about switching it for another class however it tells me i am in some 7 day period where i can not make changes to my schedule until SOLAR re-opens for all students.
When does SOLAR re-open for all students?
And if my OSAP application is not there yet, should i just not click OSAP and check back in a couple of weeks?

just pick whatever you can for now if you cannot decide yet on what you want to switch to.
July 14 is when SOLAR will reopen for Course Selections again with no 7 day limit period.
OSAP applicatoin are out on Payment agreement yet, so just check back in a bit to see if it is on and recomfirm. Just confirm what you can now.

yes. you can keep changing anything you want on it until that date. that's your date for the 7 day period you can use to register. make sure everytime you change something to verify it!
then SOLAR closes for everyone and reopens again on July 14th for everyone to use.
hope that is more clear.

Does the payment agreement have a 7-day limit or is it always open?

soo, I picked my courses today, and went on to the payment agreement. I clicked 'confirm' and then 'print'. but when I logged back in, at the end of the PA, it said again, 'click confirm to complete this payment agrrement!'
Am I missing something??

It just says confirm. It doesn't mean you haven't confirmed...you only need to confirm again if you've made changes.

You can go to 'My Academics' on Mugsi in the left column. Click on 'Program and Course Summary' on the right, and make sure it says 'CLEARED' under fee status. I didn't check that before, and my confirming didn't work. It caused huge problems, and I still don't have my sticker yet because I confirmed too late.
Anyways, I have a question. I changed my course, and my total balance has changed. Do I just pay the difference to McMaster? I had an issue with a scholarship as well, and I don't know if I should remove it from the balance.
