Hello everyone,

My name is Daniel Boccaccio and I am running for SRA Social Science. I am a third year honours economics and poltical science student who is concerned with how the MSU operates and how you as students are being represented

My goals
1) Closer ties with the MSSS
For those of you who are unaware the MSSS is the McMaster Social Science Society who represent Social Science Students, support, organise and implement social and academic events and fund and support Social Sciences related clubs

I feel that the Social Science community get put aside while other faculties such as commerce and engineering are the primary focus of our resources. By working close with the MSSS I will be able to focus on the needs of the students in Social Science and bring their concerns to the SRA table.

2) Address the HSR issue
For those of you who are unaware the HSR are planning on rerouting all their buses off of campus. As a student who lives off campus and relies on the bus system this is very troubling to me. I have had many times where I have waiting on the street corner while bus after bus passed me full of students. We have already seen the effect of the B-Line being rerouted and do not want to see any further action

3) Better MSU services with more accountability and reliability
Most have heard of the Quarters defecit during the presidentials but the continue struggle of some MSU services without proper answers is frustrating to many students. I hope to address these problems and gain answers for those concerned

I hope you will all vote for me Wednesday and Thursday. I believe that my executive experience on the Society of Off Campus Students combined with my ideas and determination to make McMaster better will give you the confidence to vote for me.

Also remember to get informed on the womens centre referendum.
