This confuses me. The program as in your 4 year program? Or program year? Can you only get the Dean's List upon graduation or can you receive it every year?

You can be on the dean's list every year if you achieve a 9.5 sessional average (S.A.) and you can also get it at the end of your program ("graduated with distinction" ) if you maintain a 9.5 throughout.

^^ Does it say anywhere on MUSGI if we are on the Dean's List or not? Or do we have to do the calculation ourselves and bring it into an office somewhere?

Is Dean's List also because on your sessional average for both semesters combined (full year)? Or is there a Dean's List for each semester?

Is there also money awarded, or is it just for namesake?

It will say on your grade report "Dean's Honour List" if you made it. Dean's list is calculated for the full year. Just making the dean's list will not get you any money awarded.
