Where do I go to request a transcript?

You know the ID place? Theres a table near it with forms. Fill out the forms, put it in the slot. Doesnt even have to be during office hours! Mailed to you no prob

Just to clarify, you mean the place where you pick up your lost student ID card or get a new one printed out? If so, then yes I do. I can find the forms inside there?

Right to the left of that place. Inside GH, past the OSAP office, and straight ahead!
