Eng 1ee0
are there any penalties for not completing this prep course during first semester when you're registered for it? I registered again for the second semester but it says that i'm repeating it

Not that I know of. I can't see any reason why.

It'll show up twice in your transcript. Once saying "INC", meaning incomplete and second time saying "COM", meaning complete provided you complete it this term.
Don't know if it really matters to the employers or not.

This is a transcript issue possibly. I don't see any reason why you can't get this sorted out, because dumbass employers or HR people will look for any reason to disqualify you when filtering out resumes(w/ transcripts) so I'd say it matters in this case.

edit: I'd go into the coop office for one, then various advisors who have the abilty to talk to transcripty people.

if you use oscarplus to look up jobs, then the penalty is the inability to look up (relavent) co-op jobs. a month after i finished it and i was updated, 4 new engineering jobs appeared. a lot of enigeering jobs that use oscar dont post publicly, so you have to complete it for them to show up
