Unless your prof says otherwise, no labs or tutorials.

there's normally no tutorials or labs on the first week of the semester, unless of course the prof says there is one, it really depends

If I have a tutorial for a course before the core itself, should I go just in case? Because I have two tutorials tomorrow, but the first cores for both classes are on Wednesday.

Wouldn't hurt to go if you don't have a way of finding out (emailing TAs, profs, looking at course outline).

I went to my tutorial, and there was no one there, so I don't think so...

Marooner says thanks to Zebedee for this post.

It really depends on the course, so you usually don't got unless you have a core for that course before hand and the prof says you should attend or posts something on avenue.
