IB Transcript question

I realized that my preferred name used for IB candidate name doesn't include my legal name - which I used to register at McMaster. I recently emailed my IB coordinator asking if it's possible to send my transcript under my legal name; he says although he requested for the name change, he's not sure if that's possible. Who can I contact at McMaster that deals with transcripts? I want to explain that it's going to be sent under my preferred name, so that my offer won't be canceled.

Most likely Admissions, which is part of the Registrar.
