Dr. Lovric is the man. Also thanks I didn't know that!
A note to any other upper years to also correct anything you see that may be not entirely correct or missing some information, don't want to feed first years false information lol.

For Math 1B03, are the professors teaching the tutorials? That's how it shows up on the master timetable, unlike most other courses, for which there is no tutorial lecturer listed.
If so, who do you prefer (and why)? Lozinski or Krepski? Or does it depend on who your core's lecturer is?

No experience with Math 1B03 personally, maybe Serene (who mentioned Krepski above^^) or another upper year can field that question.

for first year anyways, yes all chem, and physics (1b03) tests are multiple choice.
bio tests are mostly multiple choice but they also contain 3 or 4 short answer questions

im sorry but im bored and have a few tangential, trivial, questions which if you dont mind answering them would be great:
1.If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?
2.Why is it that when someone tells you that there’s billions of stars in the universe, you believe them. But if they tell you there’s wet paint somewhere you have to touch it?
3.How can there be self-help “groups”?
4.If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular?
theres a whole bunch where that came form, but lets start here.
p.s. and i quote "ask me anything" cough cough

chem tests are multiple choice, but with differently weighted questions, usually you get 20 2-mark multiple choice questions, and 5 harder 3-mark questions, to make the total be out of 55 or something. It's also possible in rare cases to get part marks, when one of the many choices is the correct answer but not the full answer. Chem exams are structured in the same way, they just have more questions.
bio tests are always 30 multiple choice questions (1 mark each), and 15 marks of short answer question (usually spread across 5 or more questions). bio midterms are always worth 15%, so in a way you can look at it as a 10% multiple choice test and a 5% written test if you must. the Bio 1A03 lab exam is 30 multiple choice questions, no written. Both bio exams are 100 1-mark multiple choice questions.

Dr Krepski has everything that you're looking for in a prof or a lifetime partner.
(Too bad he's married last year )

Winning.

Your mind accepts that stars are too far to touch and hot enough to kill, you'll learn more about this in ASTRON 1F03
3.How can there be self-help “groups”?
Do you mean Inquiry courses? I don't get them either
4.If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular?
Satin and silk feel good to the touch.
theres a whole bunch where that came form, but lets start here.
p.s. and i quote "ask me anything" LIKE A BOSS cough cough
