what is love?
Always being with somebody in spite of what the troubles are? Being with somebody for who they are? Not loving someone less for fights?? Putting each other first in all we do? Giving each other space to learn? Loving them in spite of changes in body shape? Letting our tender feeling show? Forgiving and forgetting? Winning disapproving parents over? What is in your definition?

Love is what you think you feel toward the chick beside you after too many drinks.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."

Making my gf my best friend was the worst mistake I made, in hindsight (ie after we broke up). But then again I'm a cynical jerk now so...

I forget who said it, but you know you're in love with someone when you can imagine them taking and huge, painful, loud crap...
...And love them afterwards.

You forgot:
3But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
So man is the head of women.
And:
9Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
So woman was created for the man. Nice.
And one of the all time favourites:
22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.
Please be careful when quoting from the bible.
