What's the most interesting course you have taken? What made it interesting? (Doesn't need to be a bird course and/or elective

For me it's either Astronomy 2B03 or Music 2II3. Both of the professors were great and were really passionate about what they taught. And I can genuinely say I have learned a lot from both of those courses

How about you guys?

When I was still at Mac, mine would probably be Linguistics 2S03: Sociolinguistics and Linguistics 2E03: Slang to Formal Discourse.

It had pretty interesting assignments and the courses itself had some really interesting topics about how communication work. You really learn it in a linguistics point of view. Both of the professors were great and very approachable if you ever needed the help.

Bio 1A03 and Bio 1M03. Wonderful courses.

I'M JUST KIDDING THEY'RE THE SHITTIEST COURSES AT MAC, DON'T TAKE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE SELF-TORTURE.

The most fun course I've taken so far is Chem 1aa3 (serious). Interesting content

Oh-hoh god. I took a class with him 25 years ago. He was actually the best lecturer I ever came across: you'd get 5-6 pages of notes per hour, and they were pure gold. I took a class on Freud with him: we read ALL the Freud. This past year he taught a class on Nietzsche: you read ALL the Nietzsche, plus I think some Schopenhauer for the hell of it. I'd say Newbold in Geography is also fantastic. And Busser in polisci is also a great lecturer, far better than anyone else in that sad department.

Stats 2B03 with Childs and Biochem 3G03 with Yang. Both courses were interesting and entertaining. Yang with his talks about China and Childs with his dry humour! Also, both profs repeated the exact same test questions from the posted samples so the class average was 11.
