Correct me if I'm wrong but don't the teams play highest vs. lowest seeds each round, which would make some of these predictions for the conference semis impossible?

It's a very slim chance but I've been a habs fan pretty much since I was born so I have to stick with my team no matter the odds. I'm hoping they can pull through at least one series.

well the supposedly dominant teams lost all games in the opening night, so lets see how it goes for tmr.

actually im not sure if sjs is supposed to be dominant when considered they are usually out in the first round every year.

Thats what they get for having the NHL's biggest choke artist, Joe Thornton, on the team, let alone in a leadership position. Regular season, he's great. Come playoffs or international, he *might* outscore a defenceman or 2, if he's lucky. I still can't believe he was on the Olympic team. Way to contribute, Mr. 2 points and -1 +/-.

thats mean. He is probably going into the hall of fame. He's a great player. San Jose is the wrong team for him. The entire team chokes up. Can't blame one guy.
