physics requirement
for some med schools, they require 1 year of physics
can i take physics 1l03 and 1b03
or does it have to be physics 1b03 and 1bb3 since 1l03 has no lab component?

Depends on the school, but I believe most of them want the physics to have a lab component.

I think you should definetly check with an academic advisor, because from what I've heard from some people, even 1B03 does not count, because the labs are not "formal".

I believe you need 1 year of a lab component physics for some med schools.

no med school in ontario requires physics

mcgill does, but they accept like 9 people out of province

all other schools that need physics (i.e. lot's of US places) also need english and other courses like biochemistry, organic chemistry etc.

but yeah, at mac 1L03 does not count towards these requirements, but 1B03+1BB3/1BA3 does.

Joyceyblank says thanks to yoni for this post.
