Program-specific clubs
Just out of curiosity, what do the members of a program-specific club do during the meet-ups?

note: by program-specific club i mean; Biochemistry club, Biopsych club, Software Eng club, ect.

Every club is different, you can't generalize! Also, it depends on the execs of the club that year. Your best bet would be to message one of the execs of the club related to your specific program and ask them what type of events they have planned for the year! Alternatively, you could wait and ask them yourself in person at ClubsFest, most, if not all clubs will have a table set up where you can speak to some of the exec members.

You can find out more about the different clubs on campus during Clubsfest. It's taking place on Sept 8th from 10-3 pm on campus (inside/outside the student centre, by BSB, you can't miss it).

I know theres a ton of different program specific clubs, but I only know a few people actually who participate, they mostly sound lame.

Theres a lot of losely club-ish kind of organizations of students, which is what you'll end up being in.. basically people who know each other and sort of plan things.
