Queen Elizabeth II
To those that haven't checked their funding summary pages yet, go check it now! The QEII scholarship is up . Unfortunately, I didn't qualify for it. I thought I'd get a minimum of 100 dollars. I still think it's weird, though...'cause I had a 90% average, and I thought I had a pretty solid chance. The question is, though...can I still apply for it in second year?

Are you sure you applied before the deadline?
No, you cannot apply in upper years. You can only renew what you got in first year.

I'm almost positive I did. I finished my application before June.
It says here :
Review Deadline:If you are not selected for this scholarship and would like to request a review of your eligibility, your request must be received at your financial aid office by Nov 12/10.
Do you think this would change anything? How would I go about doing this XD. I found that on the OSAP site btw. From what I've heard, everyone should get at least 100 dollars :S.

Yeah, I got 100$ when I applied for it. The deadline was June something by the way. You had to send in the application, not just finish it.
There should be a form somewhere online or you might have gotten one in the mail. If not, contact SFAS whenever you can. In person would be best.

Yeah, the minimum amount is 100$ as long as you meet all the requirements:

Oh. I just checked my OSAP application. It said that I did not give consent for the "Release of my Personal Information". I think that may have had something to do with it. If I'd lost 3500/year for that, I'll be really frustrated with myself.

I don't think that does anything... that just means whoever you put as your parents would be able to view your personal information.
But talk to SFAS about it.

I told you to contact SFAS tomorrow, there's no point in giving up if there is still a chance you can get it.

Wonder what I should say to them XD. It said on OSAP that I was considered but not selected. What confuses me is why I didn't even get the minimum.

You are a first time scholarship winner and may be eligible for a scholarship up to the maximum amount indicated in the "Amount" column.
thats what it says under status
