Question About Tvs
im plannning on bringing my tv to my dorm rooom, but im not exactly sure on how the whole cable system works! somebody please help!!
im in LP and neeed to watch my football!

What res are you in?


If you're in Bates or Keyes, the cable should've been included in your room fees so you just plug it in and start watching.


If you're in any other res, I dunno, I've only been in Bates =/
I think you have to contact the cable provider yourself or something.



(although TBH, the internet speeds at res and DC++ pretty much removes the need to watch cable TV unless you're one of those people who just kinda channel surf and watch whatever's on...)

You could always just watch it in the common room...I'm sure you won't be the only person who wants to watch the football game. I don't know anyone who bought cable, so I don't know how that works.
