- SRA awards were announced; special mention to Matthew Tenenbaum for SRA member of the year which was awarded at Student Recognition Night
- The Report on the Quality of Education will be available this week, and will contain viable and important points that SRA members could potentially use to lobby in their coming term
- The Grading System Review has been completed and the SRA has approved and endorsed a policy statement regarding the grading system, which is:

- Matt Wright discussed the MUSC Board of Management Update and mentioned a large furniture surplus which may be beneficial to students as MUSC brings improvements and changes to MUSC. Although there is a large surplus, changes have been said to be coming slowly as each expenditure is evaluated in how it changes student experience, how it is used, and how it is maintained. The construction in Gilmour Hall of an elevator was also mentioned.
- Reports were given from FIT, QSCC, EFRT, the Social Science Caucus, University Affairs Commissioner, External Affairs Commissioner, the Services Commissioner, and the Bylaws and Procedures Commissioner
- Nominations were opened for the VP and Speaker elections
Post-meeting Note: ELM will no longer be used by the University in the coming year, instead, a competing education software suite, D2L, will be introduced instead.
