Keep in mind that in an apartment you don't have a furnace to run if you have hot-water heating, so your electric bill will be different based on that. I live in a 1-bedroom high rise apartment by myself and electricity comes out to about $60 per two months as well (300 kWh for the two months). I have hot water heating (included in the rent) and the bulk of my power is the fridge, computer, and nice big 30 year old stereo amplifier (yay Marantz!).
My Acanac internet bill boils down to $27 a month for pretty much the same levels of service the TekSavvy offers. The catch is that you have to lock into the 1-year paid up front and if you don't cancel, it automatically renews. Neither is really a problem for me, I plan to cancel it when the time comes.
I don't have cable, I torrent or stream shit to make up for it.
