Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Warrior Dash anyone?
Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, and Warrior Dash.. Just wondering if anyone has done or is training to take part in one of these events.


High endurance, back strength, and harsh conditions.. anyone interested xD

if you can deadlift bodyweight you will have no problem with "back strength"

Don't know much about the competition, but I like random training; I don't do any of the workout crap, biking/parkour/rockclimbing/hiking mostly. Let me know if you're doing any sport or exploring-type training.

I'm doing Tough Mudder in September. Convict Conditioning is my bodyweight exercise system of choice, combined with lots of monkey bars.
