I just wanted to point out that the questions are different for each person. I was helping my friend with the assignment today and his questions were different than mine. They were also in a different order.

When I emailed the prof he said that the highest attempt of your unlimited attempts is your mark. So, you can submit your assignment as many times as you want till you get all of them right!

They're not the same questions for everyone. The order and values have been changed.

Unlimited attempts on the questions, so don't worry about getting it wrong. It will notify you once you get 8/8.
If you are really struggling, go to the math help centre in the basement of Hamilton Hall. Definitely one of the best well-kept secrets of McMaster!

Secret? Last I checked the help centre was heavily advertised in all (especially first year) math classes.

If no one went they wouldn't bother having it. They have to pay the TAs, and there's always been more than one there whenever I went. I only went 2-3 times, but there was never less than 10 students there. It's true that more people would benefit than actually go, but people do know about and use it regularly.
