Hi, I was wondering how do I search for a tutor? I need a finance tutor.

Ask the prof and/or any TAs if they know of anyone, or upper years in your program.

Cheapest alternative would be finding an upper year student or a TA in the course. Id go with the TA since they know what style of question is on the test. A upper year student may give more tips n tricks for it too. Both are good imo.
