3rd Year Political Science HELP!

Hi all!

So I'm a third year student in political science and I'm really confused unto why I keep getting " You don't have the prerequisites for XXX course" on SOLAR. I'm positive I have all my prerequisites for my third year courses and the funny part is I can't even choose any other courses other than 3N06!!!
Am I the only one going through this problem?
