SOLAR HELP!!!!
I was doing the course selection of B Tech... I decided to choose Process Automation so I chose C++ Programming. But it said I do not have requisite for that course. What the hell does it mean?!!

You haven't taken the univ. or hs courses necessary. Check the course calendar to see which ones you need.

Pretty self explanatory if it says you dont have the required courses to take a class...

^If you guys checked the other 15+ topics you would see that even with prereqs, people still have this problem.

TC, if you know you have the prereqs then contact the department and they will give you a waiver so you can register for it.

But I actually do not need to take any course as a prereq for this course...

Then contact the department and they will give you a waiver.

Well... what exactly is a waiver? How does it work? sorry im an ESL student

A waiver is simply permission from the department. They'll fix the system so you can register for the course.

@ OP, I know what you mean 1cp3 doesn't have any prerequisites, all first year btech students take it..try contacting the btech office, here's a contact list:

EDIT: I think Lindsay Carrocci would be better, because her email looks like an email a high school student might use.

Thanks! I have fixed it. I need to add ENG TECH 1EE0 before I choose 1CP3...
