Academic standing
Anyone transfer from a university here preferably someone who transfered into first year, cause I might not have good academic standing after this year, and when I applied to transfer universities, I called the Academic advisor at Mac and said I might not be in good academic standing after this semester, and she basically said that academic standing is only for transfering credits from university to university but acceptance is based on highschool marks alone. Anyone can confirm this?

Sorry, I'm a little bit confused with what you're asking.

Are you asking about transferring to Mac, or from Mac?

That's strange, I applied to transfer to Waterloo in first year (don't hate, I didn't go through with it) and they needed to know about my academic standing to transfer. But all they considered as "good academic standing" was passing all classes and generally being admissible to your next year here (i.e., they wouldn't want a student who was failing here to transfer there just because they can't get into their next level at their university).
