You should be fine. I don't know if Mac gives out acceptances by department or if they all go out at the same time. I imagine they all go out at the same time because it's dealt with by the registrar's office, not the individual dept. Hold tight for a few days, yours is probably in the mail!!

Acceptances tend to be received around March Break, so you've got about a month of waiting to do yet...

I don't think you should worry too much - it's only early acceptances right now anyways, just because you didn't get one today doesn't mean you won't get one later
I know it's hard, but just be patient

My sister applied this year too, and is waiting to hear back from all the schools she's applied to. I hated waiting! I thought the schools should let me know within an hour of applying!
Just hold tight. If your grade is above the cut off, then I'm sure you'll do fine.

I'm not positive. I know that second degree students (those who already have a university degree) are accepted last, high school students have first dibbs, but I'm not positive about college students, it might be the same way. He could always give the Registrar's office a shout and ask them if the same thing applies to him.

I wasn't accepted until late in April last year and my average was well above the cut-off for my program. So just stick it out!

It definitely varies so don't get worried yet. I had my acceptance before I came for the March break tour but I know others in my high school who ended up coming here who didn't have theirs for a while after that. I think there are multiple factors that go into when the acceptances are mailed out to people.

just make sure you have a back-up school. And yes, the acceptances are random sometimes.
