Some, not majority.

We of course all heard about cats adopting mice or squirrels, but those situations are so rare, you can say they are non-existent. Why? Ever heard of survival of the fittest? It's in their nature to screw it up for other animals, in order to survive.

Humans are actually the completely opposite. Think about it. So many people worrying about drug addicts and whatnot. So many people try to help them... Why? Why should we help them? Don't we have enough people to feed already? If you look at the situation from this point of view, you will actually realize that human nature is illogical, and we are freaks of nature.
