Congratulations.
After I got my conditional offer I brought it up by half a notch and went up 5% in Physics and 2% in Calculus and Vectors. I didn't let my marks drop, only go up. I read a post saying that if you cannot meet you conditions then university isn't for you, it motivated me.

Haha that's a good attitude to have, especially in university.

Congrats!

Congrats! Always happy to see more Computer Science students. An interesting statistic for you, last year 900+ students applied to Computer Science at McMaster, 50 got in.

I did! I went to the summer orientation program today, and I'm getting really excited - it's like it wasn't real until now. I can finally relax and prepare myself for all that stress they kept going on about.... Honestly, there was a 45-minute presentation about it; if I wasn't stressed out before, I certainly am now. But I still think I'll have an awesome time.

Warning: The following message is going to sound incredibly cliche.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT stress out! University is a great time. I just finished first year in April, and it was probably the best year of my life. You're finally taking classes that you want to take (for the most part, example for me: no math) and everyone here is pretty cool for the most part. I mean, university is what you make of it, but if you sit and stress, you won't have fun. And, to me, fun=success, and vice versa. Just have fun!

Have fun at Mac, and don't party too hard, or well, you won't be in Mac anymore!

THIS. Exactly, this! There's no point in stressing! As long as you stay on top of coursework and take courses that you like, you should be good! Just don't neglect your work, but don't worry about it over the summer, either!

EDIT: CONGRATULATIONS,YOU GUYS! You're going to have a blast at Mac!
