Well, traditionally, all the hotels closest to the convention such as Doubletree, etc are 100% booked like a WEEK after the previous Anime North is over. lol. Granted those hotels are suppose to be more expensive. Pretty much people who are filthy rich(the people who buy those awesome expensive figures, anime blu-ray collections, etc).
