I took this course in the 2015 Winter session with Dr. Moffat. She's a good prof who really knows her stuff! She makes the class engaging as possible by bringing in guest speakers who were either upper year or PhD students who talked about certain projects (i.e., we had one guest speaker talk about the health benefits of crickets and brought in crickets for us to try). The way you'll be assessed in the course is through 2 assignments, a proposal, an in-class presentation, tutorial attendance and participation and a take home final. I found these assignments to be fairly do-able and in the end I walked out with a 9 in the course.
I hope this helps!
