Anthropology 1AA3/1A03?
So I am trying to pick another elective to fill up my schedule for next term. Heard that anthropology was a good choice.

However, on the McMaster course calendar, there is only anthro 1a03 or anthro 1b03 but on the course selection, it is anthro 1aa3 and anthro 1ab3.

Are these just the same courses under different names or different courses?

The courses have been changed to aa3: food, sex, death and ab3: identity, race, power. I think the only difference is that the course will be taught using the three themes as guidelines, seeing as it's the same profs. aa3 is physical anthropology and ab3 is cultural.
