Anthropology 3CA3
Unless you are fascinated by ceramics avoid this course. Dr. Roddick operates under the impression that this is the only course you are taking that given semester. You may receive sarcastic emails to that effect. The workload is far greater than the average course and your efforts will go under-appreciated. You will hear not to worry about something only to discover upon receiving back your work that you most certainly should have worried about it. Additionally, you must expect to spend extra hours doing labs.
On the positive note: Dr. Roddick is enthusiastic about his work. He is a good lecturer with a lot of energy. He has a good voice and expresses himself well. Unfortunately, this is not enough to make this course an attractive choice.
