Antirequisite(s)
I just have a question on Antirequisites... I know that if you take one course that has an antirequisite for another you cannot take that other course...

does this mean say, if i wanted to do a second degree (first in psych) then in Life sci... and i have taken courses that are antirequisite to the Life sci version that I do not have to take that course/make that credit?

or do i still have to make up the say 9 credits, using different courses? from the same list IE Life sci?

hope this isnt too confusing...
Quick example:

B.Sc in Life Sci
one req (mandatory). is Life Sci 2D03. antireq - Psych 2TT3.
already have credit for Psych 2TT3, am i good? or do i have to find a substitute 3 unit course for 2D03. and/or get permission to take it. because its part of a second degree?

Ask an academic advisor. There probably isn't a blanket solution, and it depends on what the courses specifically are. Either way, you (probably) won't take both, but some might require you to take another course from a course list, for example, and others will count the credit.

Anti-requisites usually occur cuz they are the same two courses so they don't want you taking the same course twice (and getting a higher mark in one).

So you'll probably need to substitute or they'll be considered equivalent credits, and it'll be counted as you already having that necessary credit.

Either way, you're gonna need to speak to an academic advisor.
