Any Advise?
I have 3 tutorials on Friday, I have Physics 1L03, Kinesiol 1Y03, and Med Rad 1A03. I heard some tutorials are taking up questions and some are doing tests and quizzes. Am I screwed? I cant even move one of the tutorials because the ones I want are full.

I wouldn't say that you are "screwed", you will just have to manage your time throughout the week effectively and make sure all your work is done ahead of time. Also, since they are all on a Friday it will give you the whole weekend to work on that work and get it done for the next week. I think it would be manageable!
It takes a bit of work trying to adjust to university learning, and it is quite stressful at first, but it only gets better. Just stay on top of all your work and use proper time management skills and you'll be fine!
