Any family doctors around campus?
I am LOOKING for a family doctor close to campus if anyone knows of one. I've already been to the doc at mac below the SC, they referred me to this other walk in clinic down main street towards dundurn and that was the worst experience I had. Waited 2-3 hours and was still not called up, I just left after that.

So if anyone knows of a place, please share

Are you referring to: http://mcmasterfamilypractic e.ca/ ?
If so you can call their clinic and ask to speak to the person who handles new patient registrations. MFP is not a walk in but it is a family practice full of several doctors. You'd be booking appointments so there isn't a need to wait on "drop in".

Isn't that the one the OP said they had a really bad experience at though?
I've been there before and it wasn't bad at all, so it was probably just a one-off thing, but I think they were looking for a different place.

Oh i didn't read OP clearly. Walk in clinics are always going to be that long of a wait since it's just drop in. Maybe there were just alot of people. Takes an hour for me to wait too
