anyone dropping life sci 2h03?!?!?
they won't reserve a seat for me and it's a mandatory course for my program
ugh ... first no fridges in res and now this
let me know!

If it's a mandatory course, you'll get in. It's likely that they didn't initially open the appropriate number of spaces. If you're really concerned, you should contact the Life Sciences office (if they have their own office...) or the Faculty of Science, and they should be able to talk to the appropriate staff to fix this problem.
This happened to me last year and they fixed it within a few days, so don't worry about it too much.

See here's the thing .. ive been emailing them for a month .. with the same reply along the lines of ... im sorry you'll have to wait
like how much longer can i wait for?!

is that why some classes that are open to other people still say full to me?

Yes, that is exactly why. The restrictions have not been taken off yet because even though SOLAR reopened for all undergraduate students, there are some students who haven't picked their courses yet (for their own personal reason) as well as continuing students, letter of permission, etc...
