Anyone else wonder?

does anyone else here wonder why everyone tells us "you can study whatever you want in university with endless choices" but when you actually find something you want to study the course is full, then ur 2nd choice is full and also the 3rd..... what is the point in paying sooo much money when half the courses we acutally want to study are already full?
