I've heard of Dr. Day from my friend! She liked him as a prof, said he looked like Santa. (Aaaaand that's all I know, LOL)

Hey,
Haha Dr. Day definitely looks like Santa!! I had Dr. Day for Abnormal Psychology and I believe he also teaches Personality (at least he did when I was in second year). He is very passionate about what he teaches and his classes and the material itself are very interesting, however I found his classes extremely frustrating. I really enjoyed the class, went to all of the lectures and really felt I knew the material, however I always did much worse than I thought I did on midterms and exams. A lot of my friends who have taken his courses have said the same thing, its really a hit or miss as to whether you can grasp the way that he asks questions on his midterms. I found that I could perfectly describe any of the theories or disorders (in abnormal psych) but on the midterm the questions were asked in such an obscure manner that I had trouble figuring out which was correct since none of them seemed even remotely accurate! I'd suggest looking at a couple of the course reviews to see what other people have said about him. (Abnormal psych was Psych 3N03 when I took it, not sure what it is now).

Hopefully that helped a bit!
