Occasionally. I prefer Digg, but reddit has its merits.

The whole digg patriot thing is interesting but it digg still has a bunch of fun articles you won't find on reddit that are more up my alley. It's good just to frequent both.

edit: I particularly love digg for ridiculous science articles that make me laugh at the title but then make for a good read. Example:
Could the Universe be a Big Hologram?

Digg vs. Reddit conversation inevitably makes me think of this: http://cdn.mikeabundo.com/wp-content...digg-4chan.jpg

You do know that (and I'm not kidding) that half the stuff on the top pages for digg actually comes from reddit?

I frequent both, and while that might be true. reddit has way, way, way, more crap to wade through to find things I find interesting, mainly due to having a vast number more entries. Point in case, this a reddit article that is 6 minutes old now: "What is the funniest thing you have seen written on a bathroom stall". I don't want to spend 6 hours just to catch up with the day's posts.

Digg: ~30 new posts per day
Reddit: >9000 (based on time frame for first 10 pages of newest)

Edit: oh wow.. over 9000. i can't believe I missed that 1st time round.

I mainly browse Reddit nowaday due to the fact that their site has better navigation than Digg. I love the fact that I can open a link, and immediately click to see comments. With Digg, I would have to go back to the previous page and open up the comment. Extra clicks is bad!

yeah but with your argument, theres only 30 things that are posted on Digg, and you would be forced to go through all of them due to lack of other content...

but with reddit, just make an account and subscribe to the sub-reddits you like, so that 9000 decreases to much much less, and most of it is stuff that interests you!

ugh I think I'm taking the internet wayy to seriously....
