i tried cleaning my trackball and now i cant get everything to go back inside.

The trackball used on the blackberry is very similar to that used on the Apple Mighty Mouse. Try taking a sheet of printer paper and rolling the phone on it with the trackball touching the paper. This usually lets out all the debris and makes things work somewhat better.

Remove it, look at the bottom of it, where you see the little circle and connector metal thing -- that's the bottom. Then line it up with the hole (thats what she said), and drop it into place. If it doesn't go in, try to push it in. Those little things are quite a bit resilient so should be able to take a bit of force.

I've done it plenty of times, it just takes a bit to get used to.
