You do realize McMaster doesn't own/operate Go Bus services... right?

I know what @fatcat ment, I am in the same position, since the first year at mac (2009-2010) there was a MAC TA strike, then the year after a MAC Hospitality Strike and now a non-MAC related GO Strike, what he/she ment was there is a strike every school year which sucks...

Just so everyone is aware, trains will be running, so you'll have to get yourself to a GO station, get off at Burlington and take the 1 bus to downtown Hamilton, then grab the HSR to campus, so it's just gonna take like three times longer to get to campus.

That's probably not reasonable, I mean it's *possible* but there's no way that the Burlington Transit #1 could handle the load, plus the buses from downtown Hamilton are already very difficult to catch at certain hours of the day.

From what I've read online, it'll be either no buses or very limited buses (see the article that I posted above).
This is not a campus-specific strike. This is a GO transit strike. There's not really a reason they wouldn't go on campus specifically but would go everywhere else.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone drive to Mac from Mississauga? Maybe a bunch of us could carpool - I'd be willing to throw in some money for gas! Just putting it out there in case this strike does take place!
