Are people allowed to send an email over Avenue to the entire class to repeatedly ask for notes?

I was under the impression that this was not allowed?

I don't think there is an issue with that but I've never seen it actually working. Saying that your computer "crashed" or you "lost" your laptop the week before the exam is quite suspicious. I usually just ignored any emails over avenue.
