Highly inappropriate considering 90% of the time, these people will be responsible for your grading. In fact, I would be highly surprised if this WAS allowed. It's probably written in their contracts.
Furthermore, preferential treatment is despicable enough as it is (especially in the university setting), let alone when it's due to two people being intimate.
This is probably the one time I won't advocate doing whatever the **** you want.

It's not allowed.
Once the marks from your class are finalized and there is no academic obligations on your TAs part, it can be considered acceptable. Albeit kinda weird.

Wait till after the course is completely over to ask the person out. It's a conflict of interest. If things end badly then they could royally screw you over. The risk isn't worth it.
If you date this person and they end up being your TA again in another course you have to declare the relationship to their supervisor/the proff of that course. Alternate arrangements need to be made in regards to who will be marking your assignments and test.

If you wouldn't ask out your prof, don't ask out your TA.

Do it and let us know how it goes. Might want to wait until after the course is over though.

Trolling or not, I have to say don't.
As an active TA and course grader, I'd have to say it'd be a nightmare if one of my students asked me out. Sure I'd be kinda flattered, but the words conflict of interest would ring in my ears. I'm not allowed to tutor, let alone date, a student whose work I have even a slight chance at grading.

Wow, how did I know it would be you posting this thread. Haha.
Good luck buddy, if shes a looker, I'm sure she deals with this stuff all the time.. are you friendly with her? Or are you gonna just be some random creeper in her tutorial asking her out?
(assuming said TA is a female, no offense if they they happen to not be)
