Those are all completely separate devices though. Having your LAN and WLAN made by the same manufacturer doesn't mean one is gonna work better in the presence other,

You're making me imagine some quaint little intel factory in china where one guy makes the lan, another the wan, and another, the bluetooth. Each in turn builds their little component, and at the end of the day, they get together to put the whole thing together. I heard guy who makes the cpu and the girl who makes the gpu are dating... that can't bode well...
