B.Sc. program
hi I was wondering if it was possible to go into a regular B.Sc. program in second year but still get into an honours program in third year by shadowing it?

Yes but your second year grades will have to be good, they only allow a certain number of peoplel to move up like that. Better to get good grades now and be set for the rest of UG.

Yep, you definitely can. But you would need higher marks in second year to be competitive when switching into Honours status. And shadowing is definitely possible as long as you take as many of the required courses as you can in second year (most of the 2nd year science courses are pretty much open to everyone, so that shouldn't be a problem.) I would go see an academic advisor just to get all your questions answered and ask about the process and such. (BSB-129)

Hey, do you know what kind of average you needed to get in to honours life sci? And how many people they usually let switch.

Would you mind pm'ing me.
