Becoming a CA
Hi, im still in high school and looking forward to coming to McMaster's DeGroote school of business and was wondering what courses i would need to take first year out of the 51 credits required to become a CA.

For Commerce first year and second year the required courses are pretty stringent. You only need to worry about moving into an accounting stream in 3rd year, so don't worry, you have lots of time until then and there is 0% chance of you not taking a course you need.

Once you get past first year, you'll have a better knowledge of what you need to do in the future to prepare yourself for the accounting stream.
