Becoming Co-op?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but how do you register for co-op? Im in third year bio right now. Is there a way of being registered as being a co-op student? Theres a job I am looking into getting and they want you to be in co-op.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure only certain programs have co-op and you have to apply to it at the end of second year. I would speak to someone in the SCCE office about details though!

Short answer: no.

Long answer: Hons Bio doesn't have a co-op option (although Hons Molecular Bio and Genetics does...), but for all science co-op programs, you apply in Jan/Feb of your second year, interview around Mar/Apr, and get accepted in May, in time for you to start your third year. I don't think you can apply if you've completed three years of school already; it would mess up the work/study sequences.
