Becoming a TA
How would I go about doing so? In particular for Communication Studies?

I'm not sure myself but I thought I'd give you some info anyhow.

There's a link that leads to TA Position info on the Communication Studies website, but that link is broken for some reason. Here is where I found it.

http://csmm.humanities.mcmas ter.ca...ngs/index.html

Or, you could send the department an email and I'm sure they'll get back to you.

Try:

Office: TSH-724
Danielle Gabay, Instructional Assistant
E-mail: gabayda

Office: TSH-306

If only White Castle were as helpful as you! I was trying to bring one to Hamilton but they were against it due to their slow expansion policies.

Thanks!

Hey there Goce! I'm a TA in Communication Studies & Multimedia. It's a fantastic and rewarding job.

The CSMM office posts TA jobs out on the bulletin board infront of the office on the 3rd floor of TSH.

However, it's easier just to check out the website for the job postings. Speak with the secretary, Jeannette, she's amazing and will help you out

Jeannette Jackson, Administrative Secretary

Phone: 905-525-9140, ext. 23488
Office: TSH-331

Alvand, Goce all say thanks to Chad for this post.

You spend 10+ hours a week working...so if you're able to manage your time, yes.

Depends on faculty if you're an undergrad, if I recall correctly.
