Any course by Dr Day! I can't personally attest to all of the course material, but he is an amazing prof. (If they offer Forensic Psych next year, definitely take that! I know it's supposed to be a once-every-two-years course, but I've heard rumours based on demand that they might bring it back. IDK.)

Zebedee says thanks to Faer for this post.

Any course with Dr. Stroinska and Dr. Iwai are the best courses. I truly enjoyed them a lot in my Linguistics program.

Dr. Stroinska's courses: Linguistics 2E03, 3TT3, 3M03
Dr. Iwai's courses: Japanese 1Z06, 2Z03/2ZZ3, 3Z03/3ZZ3

Anthro 2G03 Readings in Indo-Euro Myth
Took this course about 2 years ago now (graduated from Mac now) and LOVED it.. basically it was like story time every morning... the professor who taught it (Colarusso) has a handbook he has made and you just sit in lecture and follow along to these really cool mythological stories about creation etc. and just jot down any extra points he might make while telling you all the details of the myths.. loved this course (but ultimately depends on your interests!! Sorry, I know you said not to say that!)

English classes don't really work that way (first and second term) unless they're first year classes. Longer genres is usually offered after shorter genres. Anyway, Monsters and Magic is sort of like the Fairy Tale in the way that it's not offered often. Certain courses are offered every year. This is not one of them.
